I do not recommend Verba at all. My friend got married last year and has not received anything! She sends emails and calls and gets no response for months. When she does get a response it is filled with empty promises of dates for completion. We went on the company’s social media and when we actually read the comments on some of the facebook reviews we realized she was not the only one experiencing this. There are a handful of brides that spoke out in the comment section on a few of the reviews. Some that got married in 2022 and have not recieved their wedding video and said their wedding pictures took a LONG time. He seems to ghost quite a few of his clients after he takes their money and the wedding is over. She was afraid to post any comments as a fear of retaliation from him but I would hate for anyone else to go through what she and clearly many others are going through. You trust someone with the biggest day of your life and what you get in exchange is a person who clearly does not give a crap about how they conduct themselves and their business. I hope all the planners, event spaces and hotels take Verba off their preferred vendor list. He is an unprofessional, horrible communicator and does not care about his clients! He needs to stop taking new clients and finish the job of his previous clients
